With a background in Nutrition and Dietetics, my love for all things wellness runs deep. I’m an avid runner, a consistent gym-goer, and someone who believes movement is a gift, not a chore. I also studied Fashion Design in high school, which shaped my creative eye and deepened my love for storytelling through visuals. Whether I’m exploring a new strength routine or jet-setting to places like Paris, London, or the dreamy beaches of Turks and Caicos, I’m always on the hunt for what nourishes both body and soul.
