My parents still don’t know exactly what I do for a living, but trust me, it’s cool. I’m a caffeine-fueled creative who turns ideas into magic, one piece of content at a time. From social media strategy to UGC, I thrive on making brands look good and feel fun.

With a background in Nutrition and Dietetics, my love for all things wellness runs deep. I’m an avid runner, a consistent gym-goer, and someone who believes movement is a gift, not a chore. I also studied Fashion Design in high school, which shaped my creative eye and deepened my love for storytelling through visuals. Whether I’m exploring a new strength routine or jet-setting to places like Paris, London, or the dreamy beaches of Turks and Caicos, I’m always on the hunt for what nourishes both body and soul.

I love partnering with brands in the health, wellness, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, travel, and fitness spaces to create content that’s not only visually compelling but also deeply authentic.
